Jose and crew cleaned our solar panels, gutters, and windows (inside and out) this week. We have a very steeply sloped roof and it was tricky to get to. They figured out a safe way to do it and did a great job. The gutters and windows were challenging because we have a three story house with a small separation between our house and our neighbors homes. Again, they figured out how to do the work safely and did a great job. We will have them come next year. Highly recommend them!

The first thing that you get from goodbye moss is a timely response, and they show up to do the work when they say they will be there. You will get an honest appraisal of the work to be done. When they come and actually do the work, they are very thorough and also clean the areas that they remove moss from. They did both my roof and patio, which had a lot of moss on it. When they were done, the roof looked like new, and the patio looked like it was brand new. I highly recommend Jose and his team as they do a very thorough and clean job of getting rid of the moss that has taken over places. Jose is competitive in pricing. The difference between him and others is he actually removes the moss before treating the roof. He does it in a way that doesn’t damage your shingles. He doesn’t use a pressure washer. Other contractors will talk about treating moss in place and it will fall off; this actually does not work well. After his work he cleans up after himself. I worked with other contractors in the past who failed at this. In addition to his work, Jose is wonderful to talk with and seems like a great person. I recommend this company for roof moss removal and will continue to use them to keep my roof looking nice.

I received a very prompt call back, and--later the same day--Jose arrived to provide an estimate and schedule a date for the job. We had not had our upper roof cleaned for a number of years, and there was a lot of moss, as well as droppings from the trees close to the house. But, a few hours later, it all looked like new. I was referred to Goodbye Moss by Sunergy who originally installed my solar panels. I needed to have my 33 panels cleaned. The folks at Sunergy said he did a great job. Jose came out and gave us a competitive bid. At the same time we decided to have Goodbye Moss power wash both our home and my daughters house next door. We made the appointment. It was going to be a two day job. Jose showed up on time and cleaned our large array of solar panels in an afternoon. The next morning he came by spent the day and cleaned both houses. We have a stone coated metal roof with very steep slopes. It suppose to be good for life time, until moss started to grow. Over the years, we contacted many roof cleaning companies, none of them do stone coated metal roofs. So we let the moss grow for many many years until we found Jose.
